Jiangxi Redboard Technology (SHA:603459) will invest up to 700 million yuan to upgrade and expand its high-precision high-density interconnect (HDI) circuit board production lines at its Ji'an facility in Jiangxi, China.
The project involves procuring advanced mechanical drills, laser drills and forming machines to address capacity bottlenecks and ensure continuing revenue and profitability growth, according to a Friday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
Construction is set to begin in January 2027 with a timeline of 24 months.
Shares of the printed circuit board manufacturer declined 6% in recent trade.
