Jiangsu Hengli Hydraulic (SHA:601100) plans to raise the budget for related-party transactions by 145 million yuan, bringing the total for the year to 425 million yuan, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
The hydraulic components maker will increase its cap for sales to Hengli Pneumatics and Nanjing Henli by 10 million yuan and 30 million yuan, respectively, while it will raise its budget for purchases from the same entities by 50 million yuan and 55 million yuan, respectively.
Company shares slipped 1% during morning trading on Tuesday.
