Jiangsu Expressway (SHA:600377, HKG:0177) will purchase a 100% stake in the Jiangsu Suzhou-Wuxi-Changzhou Southern Expressway from three parties for 7.34 billion yuan, according to a Friday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
Jiangsu Transportation Holding will sell its 65% stake in the highway operator, while Wuxi Transportation will transfer its 22.82% stake, and Changzhou Transportation Holding will sell its 12.18% stake.

Omesti (KLSE:OMESTI) proposed to consolidate every five existing shares into one share, according to a Thursday Malaysian bourse filing.As at Aug. 17, Omesti had 2.32 billion shares in issue. Under the minimum scenario, the consolidation will reduce this to 464.5 million shares.
