Neuren Pharmaceuticals (ASX:NEU) is expected to receive royalties from European Daybue sales in the first quarter of fiscal year 2027 following a positive opinion from a committee of the European health regulator, Jefferies said in a note on Monday, reaffirming its timeline projection.
Neuren's partner, Acadia Pharmaceuticals, received the positive opinion from the European Medicines Agency's Committee for Medicinal Products for Human Use regarding Daybue, which is used to treat neurobehavioral symptoms of Rett syndrome in adults and pediatric patients aged five years and older.
Final approval now depends on the European Commission's decision, which is expected in the coming months.
Jefferies maintained its buy rating and price target of AU$28 on Neuren Pharmaceuticals.
