JCHX Mining Management (SHA:603979) signed two operational mining contracts in mainland China and the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), according to a Thursday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
Subsidiary KingShine Mining signed a $119.3 million contract with Kamoa Copper for an underground mining project at the Kamoa-Kakula Copper Mine in the DRC for 32 months from April 20, 2026, to Dec. 12, 2028, or until extended.
Back home, Jinchuan Mining Management also signed a 169.9-million-yuan contract with CNNC (Inner Mongolia) Mining Investment for the construction of a shaft and tunnel engineering project at the Baituyingzi tungsten polymetallic mine in Chifeng City, China.
