Bromat Holdings Appoints Independent Financial Adviser for Cash Offer

Bromat Holdings (SGX:9I7) has appointed Novus Corporate Finance as the independent financial adviser for the mandatory unconditional cash offer by its non-executive director, Frank Liu Tao, according to a Tuesday filing to the Singapore stock exchange.Last month, Tao reached a global settlement agreement with Valiant Investments and Michael Koh Tat Lee, triggering a mandatory unconditional cash takeover offer for all remaining shares of the company.Under the terms of the corporate transaction, the director will extend an offer of SG$0.031 per share in cash, taking his stake in the company to 80.69%.

Beijing Shougang LanzaTech Technology (HKG:2553) raised HK$486.5 million in net proceeds from its initial public offering in Hong Kong.The final offer price was set at HK$14.60 per H-share, according to a Tuesday after-market filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.The China-based carbon capture, utilization, and storage technology company offered 40 million H-shares in the global offering.The Hong Kong public offer was 1,421.54 times subscribed, with a final allocation of 6 million shares, representing 15% of the total offering.The international offering was 0.95 times subscribed, with a final allocation of 34 million shares, or 85% of the total offering.Beijing Shougang LanzaTech Technology is set to debut on the Hong Kong bourse on Wednesday, June 3.
