Japan Real Estate Investment (TYO:8952) will prepay a 4 billion yen short-term loan on Aug. 17, well ahead of its original Oct. 19, maturity, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Thursday.
The loan, borrowed from Mizuho Bank on Oct. 17, carries a 1.1849% interest rate and is structured as an unsecured, overdraft-based facility.
No early repayment fees will be incurred, and the prepayment will leave zero outstanding balance on this facility.
