Ichigo Trust, the allottee of Japan Display's (TYO:6740) 14th stock acquisition rights, executed a partial exercise of warrants valued at 2.89 billion yen, according to a filing with the Tokyo bourse on Wednesday.
Out of the 100 warrants issued on July 15, 2025, three were exercised on Wednesday at 25 yen per share. Following the warrant exercise, Japan Display's capital and capital reserve each increased by 1.45 billion yen, it said.
Shares of Japan Display fell 2% in recent trade.
