Janus International Group (JBI) reported Q2 adjusted earnings Tuesday of $0.17 per diluted share, down from $0.20 a year earlier.
Revenue for the quarter ended July 4 was $233.5 million, up from $228.1 million a year ago. Analysts polled by FactSet expected $238.8 million.
The company lowered its 2026 revenue guidance to now be between $925 million and $945 million, compared with the previous outlook of between $940 million and $980 million. Analysts expect $956.5 million.
Janus International shares were down over 12% in premarket activity Tuesday.
