Earnings per share climbed to 13.23 rupees from 11.71 rupees, according to a Wednesday filing to the Indian bourses.
Interest earned by the lender in fiscal Q4 rose to 14.4 billion rupees from 11.8 billion rupees a year earlier.
The bank's shares were down over 1% in recent trade.
