James Hardie Industries (ASX:JHX) reported Wednesday fiscal fourth quarter adjusted earnings of $0.30 per share, down from $0.36 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected earnings of $0.31.
Net sales for the three months ended March 31 was $1.4 billion, compared with $971.5 million a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.41 billion.
For fiscal 2027, the company expects total net sales of $5.25 billion to $5.41 billion, adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization of $1.45 billion to $1.5 billion, and capital expenditures of around 6% to 7% of net sales. Analysts polled by FactSet expect sales of $5.47 billion.
