Japanese lender Iyogin Holdings (TYO:5830) posted a 21% year-over-year fall in profit attributable to owners of the parent to 24.4 billion yen for the three months ended June 30 from 30.8 billion yen.
The Tokyo-listed lender's basic EPS fell to 84.77 yen from 104.73 yen a year ago, according to a Tokyo Stock Exchange filing on Friday.
Ordinary income climbed 1.4% to 80.8 billion yen from 79.7 billion yen in the year-ago period.
The company maintained its forecast for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2027, for profit attributable to owners of the parent of 77 billion yen, basic EPS of 268.20 yen, and ordinary income of 270 billion yen.
The company plans to pay a second quarter-end dividend of 40 yen per share for the current fiscal year.
Shares of the regional bank were up 5% in recent trade.
