Ithaca Unit Prices EUR155 Million Additional Senior Notes Offering

Ithaca Energy (ITH.L) said Thursday its Ithaca Energy (North Sea) subsidiary priced its offering of 155 million euros of additional 5.5% senior notes due 2031 through a private placement.

The North Sea-focused exploration and production company said the new notes will have the same terms as its existing 450 million-euro senior notes also due in 2031.

ShaMaran Petroleum Completes Primary Listing Change to Oslo

ShaMaran Petroleum (SNM.ST) completed its corporate continuance, changing its primary listing to Bermuda from Canada, according to a Thursday release.The oil and gas company's shares have been delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange in Toronto, and are expected to start trading on the Euronext Growth Oslo under the ticker SNM, starting June 5.The company plans a retail share offering of 1 million euros, equivalent to Norwegian kroner, to satisfy the listing criteria.
