The machinery will be purchased from Henan Huanyuchang Electronic Technology, according to a Wednesday Taiwan exchange filing.

Viva Goods Ups Stake in Sportswear Giant Li Ning
Viva Goods (HKG:0933) has purchased 29.6 million shares of Chinese sportswear giant Li Ning (HKG:2331) for HK$398.4 million as an investment, according to a Tuesday bourse filing.The company said it bought the shares through open market transactions at an average price of HK$13.45 apiece.Following the transaction, Viva's stakeholding in Li Ning rose to 16.9%, with ownership of 437.2 million shares.
