The Italian gas distributor said Monday the 23.5 million-euro deal comprised 30,000 active redelivery points, networks, plants, related personnel, and net assets.
The disposal process is in compliance with the Italian Competition and Market Authority's authorization for Italgas to buy 2i Rete Gas.
