ISOTeam Raises Nearly SG$5 Million from Commercial Paper Offering

ISOTeam (SGX:5WF) has raised SG$4.72 million from accredited and institutional investors following the close of its three-month Series 006 commercial paper, according to a Tuesday filing to the Singapore Exchange.

The company had launched the sixth series of its three-month commercial paper in digital securities under the SDAX Multicurrency CP Programme on Sept. 8, and was closed on Sept. 18.

Digital securities were to be issued by the building facilities management company to the subscribers on the SDAX digital platform on Monday.
