IperionX Closes Camden Acquisition

By

IperionX (IPX) said Thursday it has completed the acquisition of Camden, including its critical minerals, heavy rare earths, and infrastructure assets, located adjacent to the Titan Critical Minerals Project and within the Big Sandy Critical Minerals Province in Tennessee.

The acquired site provides an established industrial footprint with active grid power, water, natural gas utilities, heavy-haul rail access, and rare earth stockpiles, which could significantly de-risk development timelines and reduce capital expenditure, the company said.

IperionX said it will engage US government stakeholders, downstream processors, and strategic customers as further technical and economic data becomes available. The company targets a Camden-Titan techno-economic study by the end of 2026.
