IPark Hyundai Wins KRW570 Billion Apartment Complex Reconstruction Project

IPark Hyundai Development (KRX:294870) received a construction order from Gwanyang-dong Hyundai Apartment District Reconstruction Project Association for the Gwanyang-dong Hyundai apartment complex reconstruction project.

The contract amounts to 570 billion won and has a 42-month period, according to a Tuesday filing with the Korea Exchange.

The construction consists of eight apartment buildings spanning four basement levels and 36 above-ground levels, and comprising 1,294 units, along with auxiliary and community facilities.

Shares of IPark Hyundai Development fell nearly 1% in recent trade.
