IPark Hyundai Development (KRX:294870) was selected as the contractor for the Uijeongbu Jangam District 2 redevelopment project on Saturday, the company said in a Tuesday filing with the Korea Exchange.
Shares of IPark Hyundai Development fell over 1% in Wednesday's afternoon trade.
The amount of the contract is 900.2 billion won and includes the construction of 13 apartment buildings, which have 2,344 units with ancillary facilities, the filing said.
