IPark Hyundai Development (KRX:294870) secured a housing redevelopment contract worth 353.3 billion won, according to a Tuesday filing with the Korean Exchange.
The project is in the Daedong District in Daejeon, South Korea.
The contract will run for 38 months, beginning from the actual start date of construction. Under the scope of work, 20 apartment buildings with 2,213 units, along with related auxiliary and welfare facilities, will be built, the filing said.
Shares of IPark Hyundai Development fell over 1% in recent trade.
