HDC (KRX:012630) said its unit IPARK Hyundai Development Company (KRX:294870) will provide a 108 billion won debt guarantee for Seongsung Development, according to a Tuesday filing with the Korean Exchange.
The South Korea-based real estate company said the guarantee covers loans from KB Insurance and other creditors and represents 3.4% of its equity capital.
The guarantee will run between Aug. 20, 2026, and Jan. 20, 2030.
