Inventec (TPE:2356) board approved a proposal by its unit Inventec Electronics (Thailand) to invest 2.44 billion baht in production equipment and facilities.
The investment is for business development needs, according to a Tuesday filing.
The counterparty has yet to be confirmed, it said.
