International Paper (IP) said Monday it has acquired Delmarva Corrugated Packaging's converting facility in Dover, Delaware.
Financial details weren't disclosed.
The acquisition is expected to enhance its manufacturing capabilities and increase its capacity to produce corrugated packaging products for customers, the company said.
