International Entertainment's Unit Issues HK$72 Million Hotel Renovation Contract

International Entertainment's (HKG:1009) indirect wholly owned subsidiary, New Coast Leisure, awarded a contract worth about HK$72.2 million for renovation and construction works at New Coast Hotel Manila, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.

Shares of the hotel and casino operator were down more than 2% in late morning trade on Friday.

The contract covers façade lighting, LED screens, exterior glass replacement, landscaping works, and upgrades to guest rooms and common areas, including air-conditioning, electrical, plumbing, and fire-protection systems.

The works are expected to be completed by the end of 2026.
