Integral Diagnostics Says Fiscal 2026 Revenue, Net Profit After Tax Expected to Jump

Integral Diagnostics (ASX:IDX) said its preliminary and unaudited revenue for fiscal 2026 is expected to be around AU$788 million to AU$790 million, up around 25% year-over-year from AU$628 million in the year prior, while its operating net profit after tax is expected to be around AU$47 million to $48 million, up around 50% over the same period from AU$31.6 million, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.

Its operating earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) is expected to be around AU$164 million to AU$165 million, up around 30% from the AU$126.5 million it reported in the previous corresponding period. Its operating EBITDA margin is expected to be around 20.8% to 21%, up around 80 basis points year-over-year.

Its diluted operating earnings are expected to be around AU$0.125 per share to AU$0.127 per share, around 23% year-over-year from AU$0.102 per share.

It also appointed Jenny Martin as its Chief Financial Officer, effective Oct. 5. Martin will join the firm as incoming CFO on Monday.

Its shares fell 1% in recent trading on Monday.
