InfoBeans Technologies' Consolidated Profit Rises in Fiscal Q4; Shares Up 4%

-- InfoBeans Technologies' (NSE:INFOBEAN, BOM:543644) consolidated attributable profit rose to 214.4 million Indian rupees in the fiscal fourth quarter ended March 31, from 105.0 million rupees a year ago.

Earnings per share came in at 2.21 rupees from 1.07 rupees a year earlier, the software developer said in a filing to the Indian bourses on Tuesday.

Revenue from operations in fiscal Q4 also increased to 1.42 billion rupees from 1.03 billion rupees a year ago.

The company's board recommended a final dividend of 0.50 rupees per equity share, along with a special dividend of 0.50 rupees per equity share for the fiscal year ended March 31.

The company's shares were up nearly 4% in recent trade.
