Indian Oil Approves INR24.5 Billion Kochi-Thoothukudi Gas Pipeline

Indian Oil (NSE:IOC, BOM:530965) approved a 24.5 billion Indian rupees investment for a natural gas pipeline project in southern India, according to an Indian bourse filing on Monday.

The 424.65-kilometer pipeline will run from Kochi to Thoothukudi, with a system capacity of 6.84 million standard cubic meters per day, including 1.71 million cubic meters per day of common‑carrier capacity.
