Samvardhana Motherson International (NSE:MOTHERSON, BOM:517334) is investing 153.3 million yuan for a controlling stake in Shenzhen Autocruis Technology, subject to customary conditions.
The cash deal will give the Indian manufacturer of automotive components a 67.78% stake in the Chinese automotive-focused computer vision technology company after an equity subscription and a related buyback, according to a Wednesday filing.
Samvardhana will carry out the transaction via its SMR Langfang subsidiary, with deal closing expected in the third quarter of fiscal 2027.
