The National Stock Exchange of India has set a price band of 1,700 rupees to 1,785 rupees per share for its initial public offering, according to a Friday press release.
The offer will comprise a sale of up to 126.4 million shares by certain existing shareholders. NSE has also reserved up to 700 million rupees of the offer for eligible employees.
The bidding period will open on Sept. 17 and close on Sept. 21, with the shares expected to list on or around Sept. 24.
NSE cut the size of the IPO by more than 15% on Thursday after some major investors reduced the number of shares they planned to sell, Reuters reported separately, citing sources.
