Asian Paints (BOM:500820) has appointed Leo Puri as its next chairman of the board, succeeding R. Seshasayee, according to a bourse filing on Monday.
Seshasayee will step down as chairman of the Indian paint giant on Jan. 22 next year, following which Puri will assume the role the next day.
Puri will hold the chairman position until Sept. 6, 2031.
