Indaptus Therapeutics (INDP) shares rose nearly 22% in Thursday afternoon trading after the company entered into a stock purchase agreement to raise around $24 million.
The clinical-stage biotechnology company has agreed to issue and sell roughly 20.3 million shares in a private placement.
It plans to use the net proceeds for working capital and research and development, including early-stage research and preclinical evaluation of a potential neurotechnology and neural network-based device for certain sleep-related conditions, the company added.
