Incredible Holdings (SGX:RDR) received a notice of termination from its continuing sponsor, Novus Corporate Finance, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The luxury goods trading company said the sponsor served a three-month notice for commercial day, with Nov. 30 expected to be the last day of service.
The company will now begin sourcing a new sponsor.

Viva Goods (HKG:0933) has purchased 29.6 million shares of Chinese sportswear giant Li Ning (HKG:2331) for HK$398.4 million as an investment, according to a Tuesday bourse filing.The company said it bought the shares through open market transactions at an average price of HK$13.45 apiece.Following the transaction, Viva's stakeholding in Li Ning rose to 16.9%, with ownership of 437.2 million shares.
