Incredible Holdings to Delay Release of FY2026 Results Over Unrecognized Interest Charges

By

Incredible Holdings (SGX:RDR) will delay the release of its financial year 2026 unaudited results, after discovering that interest charges on certain loans were not accurately reflected in previous results announcements.

The company said interest on loans taken by its unit Billion Credit Financial had not been suspended as previously reported, and the related interest expense had not been fully recognized since the quarter ended March 2025.

The error arose after the loans were mistakenly treated as being subject to an interest-free period due to the absence of staff responsible for monitoring loan terms and communicating with creditors.

The company said it will release the results as soon as practicable.
