Incredible Discloses Identity of Director in Response to SGX Query

Incredible (SGX:RDR), responding to a Singapore Exchange query, said independent director Eunice Veon Koh Pei Lee was the director referred to in its earlier announcement on investigations by Singapore's Commercial Affairs Department and Monetary Authority of Singapore.

The company said Koh told it that she understands she is not the subject of the investigations and was only asked to assist, according to a Monday filing.

The investigation into the company's affairs remains ongoing.

Incredible said it believes it remains in compliance with Catalist disclosure rules and will make further announcements if there are significant developments.
