IMotion Automotive Completes Regulatory Filing for Generative AI Model

IMotion Automotive Technology (HKG:1274) said its self-developed "iMotion" large model completed the regulatory filing for generative AI services with Jiangsu provincial authorities, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.

Shares of the autonomous driving company were up over 2% in Tuesday's late-morning trade.

The company said the filing supports the compliant deployment of its generative AI technology in intelligent driving and embodied AI applications.

New Hope Exits Q3 With Derisked Volumes Helped by Bengalla Operation, Says Jefferies, Shares Down 3%

New Hope (ASX:NHC) exited the third quarter with reduced volume risk with sales of 3.2 million tonnes supported by the Bengalla operation running at an annualized production rate of 13.4 million tonnes and low costs of $74 per tonne free on board, according to a Tuesday Jefferies note.The company on Monday reported group run-of-mine coal production for the three months ended April of 4.3 million tonnes with an average realized sales price of AU$140.70 per tonne for the quarter.The investment firm noted that the company's earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortization reached AU$132 million, outperforming Jefferies forecasts by 26%.Jefferies kept a hold rating on New Hope with a price target of AU$5.70.The company's shares fell 3% in recent Tuesday trade.

Sirnaomics to Issue HK$11.4 Million Worth of Shares

Sirnaomics (HKG:2257) said it agreed to issue HK$11.4 million worth of shares to an individual investor, according to a Monday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.The biotechnology company's shares gained nearly 12% in morning trade Tuesday.The company will issue 2.4 million shares at HK$4.69 apiece to Tse Shek Ho, a vice president of the group's corporate management department.Proceeds from the share sale will be used for general working capital.
