iMotion Automotive Books Slimmer Loss in January-April Period

iMotion Automotive Technology (HKG:1274) recorded 60.7 million yuan in attributable loss for the four months ended April 30, narrowing from 126.2 million yuan a year earlier, according to a Monday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

Revenue during the period more than doubled to 400 million yuan from 152.4 million yuan in the year-ago period.

The firm attributed the jump in sales to "significant volume production and delivery" of its driving assistance solutions and products across multiple projects.
