IJM (KLSE:IJM) said its unit IJM Properties agreed to dispose of a piece of land together with a single-story building for 47.5 million ringgit.
The property, located in Sabah, Malaysia, will be sold to Coupang, the asset-holding company of the Econsave Cash & Carry, according to a Friday Malaysian bourse filing.
The deal is expected to close by the third quarter, the conglomerate said.
Proceeds will be used to pay off expenses and boost working capital.
