IJM Corp (KLSE:IJM) Chairman Tan Sri Krishnan Tan will retire following the conclusion of the company's annual general meeting on Aug. 27, according to a company release on Wednesday.
Tan will not be seeking re-election at the AGM.
Tan has been the chairman of the diversified construction and infrastructure group since Aug. 29, 2019, and first joined the board in June 1984.

United Microelectronics (TPE:2303) board approved an investment of up to NT$1.7 billion in private equity fund TGVest Asia Partners III (Taiwan), according to a Wednesday Taiwan Exchange filing.The investment will be made through capital contributions based on capital call notices under the fund's limited partnership agreement.The funds will be used as a long-term investment, it said.
