IHH Healthcare Unit Liquidates Suzhou Industrial Park Yuan Hui Health Consulting

IHH Healthcare (KLSE:IHH) unit has approved the voluntary liquidation of Suzhou Industrial Park Yuan Hui Health Consulting, a dormant healthcare outpatient services company in China.

Suzhou Industrial Park Yuan Hui Health Consulting has ceased operations since April 2022, according to a Friday Taiwan Exchange filing.

IHH expects to incur a loss of about 67,000 ringgit from the liquidation, compared with its total investment of 12.5 million ringgit in the subsidiary.

IHH said the liquidation will not have a material impact on the group's earnings, net assets, operations, issued share capital or shareholding structure for the financial year ending Dec. 31.
