IHG Hotels & Resorts (IHG) and Centinel Public Partnerships said Tuesday they have been selected by the Department of the Air Force to develop and manage on-base lodging across US military installations.
Under the 50-year agreement, Centinel will serve as property developer and owner while IHG will act as hotel and management operator.
Agreement finalization and operational transfer to Centinel and IHG are expected by fall 2027, beginning with 23 installations across the US and its territories, the companies said.
Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
