IFBH's Singapore Unit Signs Vitaday Licensing Deal With General Beverage

IFBH (HKG:6603) said its main operating subsidiary, IFB Singapore, struck a procurement and licensing pact with Thailand-based controlling shareholder General Beverage (SGX:Y92), according to a Tuesday bourse filing.

The scope of the agreement allows IFB Singapore to procure Vitaday products and use the Vitaday trademarks outside of Thailand over a three-year period.

The proposed annual caps for the transactions are $930,000 for September through December, $1.81 million for 2027, $1.94 million for 2028 and $1.56 million for January through August 2029.

IFBH, a wholesaler of food and beverage products, said the deal enables it to expand Vitaday's distribution network and increase sales volume.

Viva Goods Ups Stake in Sportswear Giant Li Ning

Viva Goods (HKG:0933) has purchased 29.6 million shares of Chinese sportswear giant Li Ning (HKG:2331) for HK$398.4 million as an investment, according to a Tuesday bourse filing.The company said it bought the shares through open market transactions at an average price of HK$13.45 apiece.Following the transaction, Viva's stakeholding in Li Ning rose to 16.9%, with ownership of 437.2 million shares.
