IDP Education's IELTS Website Traffic Grew 28% in April, Jefferies Says

IDP Education's (ASX:IEL) IELTS website traffic grew 28% year-over-year in April, implying around 28% year-over-year growth in the fiscal second-half-to-date to April, according to a Thursday note by Jefferies.

Similarweb traffic data for major English-language testing websites showed continued momentum in April, with combined visits to IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, Duolingo, and CAEL increasing 17% year-over-year and accelerating from a 14% year-over-year increase in March.

Growth was primarily driven by IELTS, TOEFL, and Duolingo. IELTS, TOEFL, and Duolingo traffic was above baseline in the month, relative to the April 2025 baseline.

The investment firm assigned a buy rating on IDP Education with a price target of AU$7.80 per share.
