Ichigo Office REIT Investment's (TYO:8975) portfolio occupancy rate fell to 97.2% in August from 97.5% in July, according to a Friday filing with the Tokyo Exchange.
Occupancy in Central Tokyo--Chiyoda, Minato, Chuo, Shinjuku, Shibuya, and Shinagawa--fell to 97.4% from 98%, while the Tokyo Metropolitan Area increased to 97.9% from 97.7%, the filing said.
Portfolio occupancy across four major regional cities--Osaka, Nagoya, Fukuoka, and Sapporo--slipped to 95.4% from 95.5%, and other regional cities fell to 98.9% in August from 99.6% in July.
