Hydsoft Technology (SHE:301316) proposed to fully acquire its subsidiary, Nanjing Huibo Jinxin Technology, for 54.7 million yuan, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Monday.
The Chinese information technology outsourcing services provider's rose 1% at the close of Tuesday's trade.
Hydsoft will buy the remaining 49% in Huibo Jinxin from Bian Wenli.
