Hwasung Industrial Raises Cheongwon Mansion Redevelopment Contract Value

Hwasung Industrial (KRX:002460) said the contract value for the Cheongwon Mansion Small-Scale Redevelopment and Improvement Project in Daegu, was increased to 55.54 billion won from 54.35 billion won.

The project involves constructing 140 apartment units with up to 37 above-ground floors and 2 basement levels, with the land area slightly increased, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.

The construction period has been extended from 33 months to 35 months, measured from the actual commencement date after site clearance.

The contract amount and period remain subject to further changes depending on construction progress, and the company had previously disclosed the original contract on Aug. 1, 2022, and July 11, 2024.
