Hunan Gold (SHE:002155) shares on Thursday halted trading amid a proposed adjustment of an asset restructuring plan.
The company plans to fully acquire Gold Tianyue and Zhongnan Smelting, and proposes to increase the supporting fundraising component to 1.05 billion yuan from 1.00 billion yuan, according to a Thursday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
The suspension is expected to last up to five trading days, with disclosures due by Aug. 27.
