humm Group Faces Federal Court Claim From Former CEO

humm Group (ASX:HUM) was served with a Federal Court of Australia claim by former Chief Executive Stuart Grimshaw over matters arising from his employment and departure, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.

The proceeding names humm Global, humm Group, and former Chair Andrew Abercrombie as respondents, per the filing.

The company said it is reviewing the claim, has reserved all rights, and does not currently consider the proceeding material to its financial position or expect it to affect ongoing operations, the filing added.
