Hulic (TYO:3003) posted an 11% year-over-year increase in profit attributable to owners of the parent to 49.9 billion yen in the first half, up from 44.9 billion yen.
The real estate company's net earnings per share increased to 65.82 yen from 59.06 yen a year earlier, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Tuesday.
Operating revenue surged 39% to 416.6 billion yen from 300.1 billion yen in the prior-year period.
The company declared an interim dividend of 33.50 yen, payable from Sept. 3.
For the full year, Hulic forecasts an attributable profit of 121 billion yen and an EPS of 159.34 yen.
The company plans to pay a year-end dividend of 33.50 yen per share.
