Japanese real estate company Hulic (TYO:3003) plans to acquire 163,100 common shares of system software company Squeeze Inc. through an off-market transaction, leading to acquiring a 5% stake, according to a Friday filing with the Japan bourse.
The shares will be acquired from an existing shareholder of the company under a share purchase agreement, the filing said.
