Hub Cyber Security (HUBC) agreed to sell its QPoint Group unit to Malam Team Group for $8.7 million to help reduce debt.
The transaction requires clearance from the Israel Competition Authority and third-party consents, and a trustee will hold part of the consideration to cover indemnification obligations, Hub Cyber Security said Tuesday in a statement.
